Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 August 2026
Dispatch95 is provided by Folfram Products Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through Dispatch95, why, and what rights you have over it.
Who this covers
Dispatch95 is a business tool: your organisation (the "Customer") uses it to manage its own jobs, workers, and clients. Where Dispatch95 stores personal data about your own customers or staff on your behalf, your organisation is the data controller for that data and we act as your data processor. This policy covers both: how we handle data about you as a user of Dispatch95, and our obligations as a processor of the data you store in it.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and role, for anyone invited to your organisation.
- Business data you enter: customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, vehicles, and job completion notes and photos.
- Billing data: your subscription status. Card details are collected and stored directly by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data: sign-in timestamps and basic error logs, used to keep the service running.
Why we process it
To provide the Dispatch95 service to your organisation, to bill your subscription, to respond to support requests, and to keep the service secure and working.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of sub-processors to run Dispatch95. We don't sell data to anyone.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (invites, password resets).
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your organisation's data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you want to reactivate. You can request deletion at any time — see below.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below — if you're an end customer of one of our business users rather than a Dispatch95 account holder, please contact that business directly, as they control that data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access within your organisation's data is restricted by role, enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.

Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be notified to account owners by email.
