Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Dispatch95, provided by Folfram Products Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Dispatch95, your organisation ("you", the "Customer") agrees to them.

The service

Dispatch95 is job scheduling and field service management software, provided on a subscription basis. Access is invite-only within your organisation; the account owner controls who has access and what role they hold.

Trials & billing

• New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start one.
• Unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing starts automatically at the price shown at sign-up.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Your data

You own the data you put into Dispatch95 — your jobs, customers, invoices, and photos. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having a lawful basis to store any personal data about your own customers or staff in it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Dispatch95 for anything unlawful, to store data you don't have the right to hold, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or other organisations' data.

Availability

We aim to keep Dispatch95 available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law.

Liability

Dispatch95 is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Dispatch95 is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Termination

You can stop using Dispatch95 and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination, you can request an export of your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified to account owners by email before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
